There is a right channel for every kind of message, and using the right one means you get an answer faster. Everything below reaches the same small team at Crushly.
We will never ask for your OTP, password, card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Not over email, not on the phone, not in a chat. If anyone claiming to be from Crushly asks for those, it is not us — block them and report it.
1. Where to reach us
| Channel | Use it for | How fast |
|---|---|---|
| Help — inside the app | Account help, plan and billing questions, refund requests, anything general | Reply within 2 working days |
| Report — button on a profile or in a chat | Harassment, fake accounts, nudity, scams, impersonation — anything that needs a moderator | Seen the same day, acted on within 24 hours |
| Block — button on a profile | Stopping someone from seeing you, messaging you or finding you | Instant |
| support@crushly.cloud | Support, if you would rather not use the app | Reply within 2 working days |
| legal@crushly.cloud | Questions about the Terms, appeals, legal notices, court and regulator correspondence | Reply within 3 working days |
| grievance@crushly.cloud | Formal complaints. This reaches our Grievance Redressal Officer | Acknowledged in 48 hours, resolved in 15 days |
The in-app Help page is the best route for anything about your account, because your request reaches us already attached to your account. If you email us instead, please write from the email address on the account so we can find your purchase or your case.
2. Reporting a safety problem
If someone is misbehaving, the fastest route is the Report button on their profile or in the conversation. Every report is read by a moderator, and the outcome can be a warning, content removal, a restriction or account termination. We do not tell the person you reported that you reported them.
The full process, including what happens after you report and how complaints are handled, is in the Safety, Reporting & Takedown Policy.
3. If it is urgent
If you are in danger right now, call 112 first. We are not the police and we cannot send help. Report it here afterwards so we can act on the account.
| Helpline | Number | When to call |
|---|---|---|
| All emergencies (India) | 112 | Any immediate danger to life or safety |
| Cyber crime helpline | 1930 | Financial fraud, online cheating, someone has taken your money |
| Tele-MANAS mental health support | 14416 | Free, confidential mental health support, 24×7 |
| Women helpline | 181 | Support for women in distress |
You can also report financial fraud online at cybercrime.gov.in.
4. What to include
It helps us enormously if a message includes:
- Your username, so we know which account to look at.
- The username of the other account, if it is about someone else.
- What happened, and roughly when.
- Anything that helps: a screenshot, a link, or the words that were used.
Do not send us passwords, OTPs, card numbers or identity documents. We do not need them and we will delete them if you do.
5. Legal notices
Formal legal notices, court orders and regulator correspondence should go to legal@crushly.cloud, and be addressed to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. We acknowledge every legal notice and deal with court and government orders under the timelines the law requires.
6. Language and working hours
The app works in English and हिंदी — you can switch language at any time from Settings → Preferences, and the choice is remembered on your device. The moderation desk reads both.
We work seven days a week. Times quoted on this page are in India Standard Time (IST). The Help queue is checked on working days; safety reports are checked every day.
